The defining moment in my life, that shaped who I am today, is the moment that I had to make an incredibly difficult decision of choosing myself over an abusive marriage that would just get worse and not feel guilty or selfish about it.
Something I do every morning is bring my cup of coffee back into bed and start reading immediately. On some days I will meditate while the coffee is brewing. And others I will write in my journal, but reading a nonfiction personal development book every morning is how I like to start my day.
My idea of a perfect weekend involves rest, relaxation, and recharging. I take a break from all things with a screen and thoroughly appreciate the magnificent nature that surrounds me. Depending on the season, it could be a walk on the beach or a hike in the woods. An early dinner out with friends and a lazy Sunday cooking a yummy meal while in my sweats and ending the day watching Netflix.
What I love most about being a Life Coach is that I get to use my empathic heart to help and guide others to create a life that they never dreamed possible.
